Knochenschmerz - trainiere ich falsch?, Schmerz beim Rückentraining Einstellungen

ich trainiere noch nicht sehr lange, komme aber allgemein relativ gut zurecht und spüre auch schon relativ schnell meine Erfolge.

Allerdings habe ich bei zwei Muskelgruppen, bei welchen meine Erfolge relativ gering ausbleiben, Bedenken:

Trainiere ich meine rückenmuskulatur an einem Gerät, wo ich praktisch "Sit Ups rückwärts" mache, bekomme ich nach eienr Weile Schmerz, der nicht neben der wirbelsäule über den beiden Muskelstängen sitzt, sondern direkt über bzw. auf der Wirbelsäule. Der Schmerz ist auch nicht ziehend, wie es bei einem ausgelasteten Muskel normalerweise der fall ist, sondern es ist wohl ziemlich eindeutig ein Knochenschmerz. Ich habe nach diesen Trianings auch desöfteren einige Minuten lang einen kleinen abklingenden stechenden Schmerz in der Wirbelsäule beim Gehen. Deswegen vermute ich, dass ich hier falsch trainiere und habe die Übung erstmal sein lassen. Was sind rückenschonende Übungen für den Rücken?

Das selbe Problem habe ich bei den seitlichen Bauchmuskeln. Ich habe hierbei sowohl probiert, am oben genannten Gerät, wo ich auch den Rücken trainiere, praktisch seitwärts-Situps zu machen, als auch im Stehen mir auf einer Seite eine Hantel zu schnappen, den Arm lang zu lassen, und mich dann auf die andere Seite zu lehnen, um den jeweiligen Muskel anzuspannen. Bei beiden Varianten habe ich nach kurzer Zeit ebenfalls Schmerzen, die auch eher von der Wirbelsäule her kommen. Also habe ich auch diese Übungen erstmal sein lassen.

Was mache ich wahrscheinlich falsch?

Auch wenn ich keine bleibenden Schmerzen habe, sollte ich sicherheitshalber mal den Chiropraktiker aufsuchen?
